We understand that buying from Purity-Ring and apparel on our website can be somewhat intimidating since you cannot actually try on the items before you buy them. For this reason, our Terms and Conditions simple, we are more than happy to refund or exchange any item that does not fit properly or does not meet your expectations within 30 days of original purchase date.
Items purchased on Purity-Ring.com can be returned to back to Purity-Ring with a RETURN AUTHORIZATION approval verification via mail (USPS) using the instructions below.
Terms and Conditions state that before a return can be processed a RETURN AUTHORIZATION approval verification must be established, please review the following guidelines:
Purity-Ring would be happy to refund or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations. Terms and Conditions require that you please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags.
Terms and Conditions require that you please return all jewelry items in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Purity-Ring will make every effort to exchange or credit for defective items quickly. If you think your merchandise is defective, please return it along with a completed return form explaining the defect. Please include a comment on the return form with the amount that it cost you to ship the defective item back. Purity-Ring will reimburse shipping charges (up to $5.00) on any item found to be defective.
